Skyline Real Estate Services, LLC was founded with the intent of becoming Minnesota's premier property management company specializing in re-positioning and renovating multifamily properties in the Twin Cities. Skyline Real Estate Services currently manages many properties in the metro area. Firmly devoted to providing expert professional property management and maintenance. We emphasize service with a personal touch. Although we take exceptional care of our buildings, our true business is people. Chris Kohler
Chris is the owner and founder of Skyline Real Estate Services LLC. Since 2005, he has been dedicated to not just managing properties, but building vibrant, fun, and community-driven spaces that tenants love to call home. With many hats of hands-on experience in every face of real estate—from caretaking and property management to financial management and project management—he has developed a deep understanding of what makes properties successful. In 2011 he built Skyline Real Estate Services on a foundation of passion: for great design, for exceptional service, and above all, for fostering a sense of community. What excites him about this opportunity is the chance to partner with owners who, like himself, genuinely care about their properties and the people who inhabit them. he seek to work with those who are ready to invest in long-term value—both in terms of property improvements and the well-being of the tenants they serve. You still see Chris to this day walking properties picking up garbage on site and helping the maintenance guys because Skyline isn't just a company, it is a family and we all help each other create the atmosphere. In Chris’ spare time he loves running, biking and spending time with his wife and two children.
Rosa Bell
Rosa has been with Skyline and in the multifamily housing industry since early 2013. She is well versed in leasing, property maintenance, real estate, financial reporting, and HR. She loves learning new things. Rosa has many different certifications and licenses including her CPO license, special class engineer boilers license, and MN real estate license. She is also a Certified Residential Maintenance Technician. Rosa is passionate about the marketing and customer service aspects of real estate. She loves helping and working with people from all different types of backgrounds. In her spare time, she loves playing volleyball, volunteering, going to MN Wild and Gopher games and spending time with her husband, family, friends and her 3 miniature dachshunds, Stanley, Thomas and Penny.
Amanda Miller
Amanda joined Skyline in June 2019. She plays a key role in enforcing company policies and procedures with both Skyline managers and residents. Amanda works closely with vendors and contractors, and she supervises the maintenance and renovation teams to ensure operations run smoothly. She is also recognized as one of Skyline’s top leasing rock stars. Amanda’s main goal is to provide exceptional customer service to both current and future residents. She loves that the real estate industry is always evolving—and finds it both rewarding and fun to help people find their next home. Outside of work, Amanda is a proud mother of three girls and enjoys spending quality time with her family and close friends. She especially enjoys relaxing at her family’s cabin in Wisconsin, exploring home décor finds, and getting lost in a good book.
Daniel Barreto
Daniel has been a valued member of the Skyline team since August 2022. He oversees Skyline’s renovation and maintenance crews, managing a team of 11. Daniel has been in the construction industry since the age of 15, when he began working after school to help support his family in Ecuador. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of renovations and takes pride in creating beautiful, high-quality spaces for owners and residents to enjoy. Daniel also values the strong customer service standards of the maintenance team, ensuring work orders are completed efficiently and with care. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys traveling to Ecuador to visit family, spending time with his wife and three daughters, and expressing his passion for music through DJing.
Amanda Daugherty
Amanda has been with Skyline since March of 2023. As Skyline’s marketing expert, she plays a key role in strengthening the company’s brand presence and showcasing each property’s unique appeal. Amanda loves using her creativity and strategic thinking to highlight Skyline’s communities and attract future residents. She enjoys that real estate industry offers something new to learn every day and that no two days are ever the same in her role. Outside of work, Amanda is a proud mom to two daughters and one son. She loves spending summers at the family cabin, soaking up time with loved ones and riding side-by-sides.
Taylor Troseth
Taylor began her career in the property management industry in 2019 and joined our Skyline team in October of 2023. Taylor is well versed in full-scale property renovations for Skyline as well as third party companies we work closely with. Her favorite thing about property management is getting to meet new people every day, whether it be residents (current or future), new vendors, or parties interested in working with Skyline. Taylor’s primary goals are to always be learning and having fun, and ensuring her residents needs are met in a timely manner. When she’s not at work Taylor loves to read, spend time with friends and family, and enjoys being outdoors.
Bella Johnson
Bella began her career in property management in January of 2024. She was given the opportunity to shadow at Skyline and ultimately fell in love with the company and the team. Bella’s everyday goal is to make sure all her tenants are happy and ensure all their needs are met along with keeping the marketing department up to date and growing with our new properties. Her favorite part of her job is completing capital improvement projects to make the properties of higher quality, introducing new things to the marketing department and working on marketing projects for not only Skyline but also third-party management companies we work closely with. She also loves being able to meet new people every day. When she is not at work Bella loves to be outside at the cabin and go mudding, and being on the lake with friends.
Reece Gardner
Reece joined Skyline in March of 2025 and brings years of experience in property management to the team. As a dedicated property manager, he thrives on the dynamic nature of the role—where each day brings new and unexpected challenges that turn into valuable learning experiences. Reece loves that his workdays are filled with opportunities to grow, develop new skills, and connect with a diverse range of people. Outside of work, Reece stays active through hockey, working out, and trying anything new that excites him. He also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and has recently discovered a passion for cooking. Every day, Reece is committed to bringing his energy, positivity, and problem-solving mindset to support Skyline’s residents and community.
