Skyline Real Estate Services, LLC was founded with the intent of becoming Minnesota's premier property management company specializing in re-positioning and renovating multifamily properties in the Twin Cities. Skyline Real Estate Services currently manages Granite Peaks, Granite City and Granite Ridge Apartments located in Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn Park, MN.  Firmly devoted to providing expert professional property management and maintenance. We emphasize service with a personal touch. Although we take exceptional care of our buildings, our true business is people. Our highly trained administrative teams guarantee, beautifully manicured grounds, exceptionally comfortable living environments, and prompt resolutions to any and all property management concerns. Chris Kohler

Owner

Chris has been owner and President of Skyline Real Estate
Services LLC since 2011. He attended North Michigan University and received his bachelor’s degree in science. In 2006, Chris got his first property manager position with Soderberg Apartment Specialists, and quickly became the financial manager for the company thereafter. Chris has also been Project Manager for several large apartment renovations and lease ups, including Concierge Apartments (700+ units), Gates of Rochester (400+ units) and Lux Apartments (100+ units). Concierge Apartments being one of his biggest renovation projects he managed, was winner of 11 MADACS Awards for a single property. Chris has also donated his time and expertise and partnered with the BATC-Housing First Minnesota Foundation in doing a charity renovation of apartment homes for women and their children who participate in Avivo’s family treatment program. He project managed the renovations of 4 units in 4 days, these renovations helped provide a better quality of living for mother’s in recovery and for their children. He is very passionate about real estate and renovating. In Chris’ spare time he loves running, biking and spending time with his wife and two children.

Rosa Bell

Operations and Financial Manager

Rosa oversees operations and finances for Skyline’s entire portfolio. She has been with Skyline and in the multifamily housing industry since early 2013. She is well versed in leasing, property maintenance, real estate, financial reporting, and HR. She loves learning new things. Rosa has many different certifications and licenses including her CPO license, special class engineer boilers license, and MN real estate license. She is also a Certified Residential Maintenance Technician. Rosa is passionate about the marketing and customer service aspects of real estate. She loves helping and working with people from all different types of backgrounds. In her spare time, she loves playing volleyball, volunteering, going to MN Wild and Gopher games and spending time with her husband, family, friends and her miniature dachshund, Stanley.

Amanda Troseth

Regional Property Manager

Amanda has been one of our lead property managers at Skyline since June of 2019. She is in charge of 176 rental units in our portfolio. Amanda’s main goal is to provide exceptional customer service to her residents to the best of her ability. She enforces company policies and procedures with residents and works closely with vendors and contractors on a regular basis and supervises her maintenance and cleaning staff. She is also one of our top leasing rock stars. She is a proud mother of 3 girls and loves spending time with her family and close friends. Amanda’s favorite things to do are spend time at her family’s cabin in Wisconsin, home decor shopping, and reading. What she loves most about the real estate industry is how it is always evolving and how rewarding and fun it can be to help someone find their future home. She is also an avid animal lover and hopes to retire on a hobby farm someday.

Manuel Matias Limas

Maintenance Technician

Manuel has been head of Skyline’s maintenance department since December of 2021. He oversees all things related to maintenance for our entire portfolio. Manuel has over 15 years of experience in renovation and contractor work. What he loves about his job, is that it gives him the opportunity to learn new things, conquer new challenges and problem solve issues every day for our residents, to make them happy. Manuel loves cooking and barbequing for his friends and family. On his off days when he is not fishing, he enjoys a good game of soccer. If he had the chance, his dream vacation would be to visit Israel!

Amanda Hallbeck

Regional Property Manager

Amanda just started with Skyline Real Estate in March of 2023. Even though she is new to the real estate business she is learning fast, and we are already receiving compliments about her excellent customer service. Her main goal is to make sure all of her residents are happy about where they are living. She strives to make sure the properties she manages are clean and in working order. She loves that in real estate she will always be learning new things every day. She is a mother to one little boy that she spends all her free time with. She loves going up to her cabin in the summer and spending time with her family while riding side-by-side. She is an animal lover and has a Great Dane, Spyro, and a cat, Judi, at home that she loves very much.

Taylor Troseth

Regional Property Manager

Taylor began her career in property management in 2019 working for Soderberg Apartment Specialists. She joined the Skyline team in October of 2023, covering for another manager while on maternity leave. She fell in love with the Skyline way and decided to stay on full-time! Taylor’s primary goal is to ensure each of her resident’s needs are met in a timely manner. Her favorite thing about property management is meeting the residents and taking over management of new properties! When she’s not at work Taylor loves to read, spend time with friends and family, and enjoys being outdoors.

 

Bella Johnson

Regional Property Manager

Bella began her career in Property Management in January of 2024. She was given the opportunity to shadow at Skyline and ultimately fell in love with the company and the team. Bella’s every day goal is to make sure all her tenants are happy and ensure all their needs are met. Her favorite part of her job is completing capital improvement projects to make the properties of higher quality. She also loves being able to meet new people every day. When she is not at work Bella loves to be outside at the cabin and go mudding, spending time with her friends and family, along with going on adventures.
